Summary: Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Good value. Conveniently close to Brandywine area museums.

Summary: The front desk was efficient and friendly. However, the room was not super clean. There were hairs in the tub, bed and carpet. The TV didn’t work and even after asking 3 times, no one came to fix it or offer another solution. This was an average 3 star experience and I felt let down with my t being a Hilton property.

Summary: After unpacking everything in our room, I noticed an unwrapped baguette under one of the beds. I called the service desk and they were apologetic and sent someone to remove it. After they left, I checked under the other bed and found a grape. I didnt bother calling again, figuring someone would pay extra attention the next day and find it. However, when we returned the next day after housekeeping had “cleaned” our room, the grape was still there. Obviously, the room cleaners are not paying much attention to detail.

Summary: They would not let me book my room because of the time it had to be booked by so we had to pay a $100 then all of my others teammates. We were there for a baseball tournament. I am a Hilton rewards member. I look at my receipt and it has a completely wrong address on it that’s not my address , so I need. To call the hotel now. I waited for over an hour and half for towels and wash cloths and also a blanket . The elevators sounded like they were going to stop everytime we got on them . The showers in a king room are very small. I had to get a king room because supposedly there was no double rooms available .

Summary: Pros: super helpful front desk staff; clean room with comfortable bed; full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion available; close to shopping & dining. Con: REALLY slippery bathtub/shower! I'm (usually) careful on my feet, but this was something I've never experienced before. Not that ruined anything, but be careful if you are not steady or need assistance.
